Accommodations for Big Chill Weekend

The Newport Hyatt has reserved a block of rooms for our 2010 Big Chill Weekend at a discounted rate of $109 per night. Book your room by calling 401-851-1234 or 1-888-233-1234, and mention the URI Big Chill Weekend to receive the discounted rate. If you would like to reserve a room, we encourage you to make your reservations early! A limited number of rooms are available at the discounted rate, and those reservations must be made by December 29, 2009.

The Hampton Inn at South County Commons in South Kingstown has room block at a rate of $82 per night for Big Chill Weekend. To reserve your room, call the Hampton Inn directly at 401-788-3500 and mention the group code CHL. You may also make your reservation online. Simply enter your arrival and departure dates and CHL in the line for Group/Convention code. Once you have entered this information, you may choose your room type and guarantee your reservation with a credit card. A limited number of rooms are available at the discounted rate, and those reservations must be made by December 27, 2009.
